「Staff unapologetic for noisy guests. Night clerk did not want to ask guests to hold noise down. Really did not care that other guests were woken after midnight. Will never go back. 」

「Honestly we are surprised at the high score review for this hotel. It's a very average hotel, in a boring location, finishes are low end, rooms are small and the floor was not vacuumed. On the plus side, our king bed was comfortable and the bathroom. And the highlight was the breakfast which was good. 」

「The staff were very friendly, and they recommended some great places to eat, but I was very disappointed that the rooms didn't have microwaves, but they had sinks and refrigerators, that truly didn't make any sense. We did enjoy the breakfast (Yogurt especially). But I will say Hilton the rooms need microwave, after a long ride or day of site seeing we want to relax, reheat our food without going in the lobby (comfortable).」

「This property welcomes pets. It is located seconds away from the beach and great spot in Carolina Beach. Although staff are not onsite, they promptly respond to texts. 」

「This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. 」

「Yes the property is pet friendly! The rooms are clean beds are very soft and u can tell the sheets and bedding are clean to sleep under! The pool is great my kids got to take a dip even tho it wasnt in season (only by a week) so they're really kid friendly as well!!」
