「Clean room, very comfortable, delicious breakfast. The owner offered us free water/ tea/ coffee and beer 😊 the shared bathroom was not an issue because we were the only ones staying that night however bathroom is very clean and well maintained. Also the owner is an extremely sweet and kind lady. 」

「Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages. Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better the rooms. 」

「Great location. Lovely rooms. On the small side but very well appointed and designed. My only note is that being it is an older home turned into a boutique hotel, it can be little noisy ( just from people coming and going from their rooms in the normal hours), but otherwise no notes ! Lovely staff - so helpful.」

「Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...

「staff is a bit careless as gave me a room key with someone inside it, it’s really embarrassing to open the door while the guests behind me and asks why i am opened their room」

「The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. 」
