「On a 95 degree day, the air conditioner didn’t work, the patio was sealed, no coffee machine, no dish rack. 1970s bad shower, mold, photos did not match the room, worst stay in 3 weeks in the whole of Italy. Cheap quality soap. Could have been much better. The concierge was nice.」
