「Staff were helpful. No restaurant facilities the night we stayed which was surprising although staff ordered pizza delivery.」

「The staff is great which helps the overall stay at the hotel. Another good thing is the proximity of the bus stops and pretty much everything you need is not too far when walking. The actual hotel is very very old. The design but also things like the AC which is very outdated and did not work for the full month we stayed there. We didn’t have wifi for almost 2 weeks since the hotel just didn’t seem to care that no one had wifi for so long. There is a lot of dust and the property is visually not...

「A beautiful hotel with many buildings with different rooms. A clean large swimming pool in a beautiful courtyard which was welcome after a day sat in the car. Staff are very friendly and restaurant/bar service very good. A good meal in the courtyard restaurant. Easy to park. A spacious garden to walk around with our small dog. Air conditioning in our room was not very good at all. No fly screens fitted to windows so we couldn’t open windows due to high level of flies/bugs/moths.」

「Ottima posizione, perfetta per chi ha esigenza di muoversi in auto. Migliorabile la manutenzione del bagno. Servizi igienici un po datati. Manca il frigobar in camera. Personale gentilissimo, premuroso e attento. Colazione soddisfacente con addetti alla sala molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Parcheggio esterno gratuito e molto ampio. Pulizia della camera ottima.」

「Hat nicht den Erwartung entsprochen es für jede Kleinigkeit Geld verlangt über legt es euch gut in der Umgebung gibt’s Nichts zu essen und trinken auch kein Supermarkt. Es ist außerhalb Turin und wenn du aus Settimo musst du ein Taxi bestellen der mindestens 25€ kostet ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen」

「Hotel ideal para una etapa en Ivrea. Bien ubicado con aparcamiento en el hotel y servicio de carga eléctrica para el coche. A mejorar el café del desayuno (demasiado ligero para el estándar español) y reservar las plazas de aparcamiento en los puntos de carga para tal fin. No fue mi caso que llegué pronto pero poco más tarde estaban las otras plazas ocupadas por coches de combustión」
