"Our first time staying at Circa was great. We went to Barry’s and the Stadium Swim. It was a lot of fun. Good alternative to the Strip."

"I’ve stayed at Golden Nugget Las Vegas many times, but this visit was the most disappointing. The quality has clearly declined. Check-in is now mostly kiosks with very little staff, which feels impersonal and like a clear cost-cutting move rather than an upgrade for guests. Our room was not cleaned, unmade bed, trash in the bathroom, toothpaste in the sink, and a noticeable odor. It didn’t feel like it had been reset at all. When we asked to move, we were given a nearby room, but it didn’t have the connecting doors we had specifically requested when booking. There was also an EDM festival across the street, and even on the 18th floor, the noise was intense. The walls were vibrating until around 1am, making it difficult to rest without noise-canceling headphones. On top of that, the showers barely worked, tubs didn’t drain properly, and the TV kept turning on and off in the middle of the night, even around 4am. Overall, a frustrating stay, especially compared to past visits where the experience felt much more reliable and guest-focused. Also now that they have a Chik-Fil-A I will never eat there again. This is a homophobic company and it makes me sad for this money grab. What happened? It used to be a great place to stay, and it was still WAY MORE than the ususal stay in Downtown Las Vegas"

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Line to check in was about 20-25 people around 3pm. Shorter when I checked in though late at night. Medium size casino. Small compared to others in Fremont. My only gripe was the constant bass I could hear from my room. Not sure of the source. It caused me to check out a day early. "

"Room smelled musty, beds were horrible and no where did it say that the loud music was going to be normal. In the casino there was only 1 bathroom and 1 ATM. "

"Housekeeping was great, but the room overall was smelly and gross. I specifically requested a king size non smoking room. As I’m checking in I’m told there’s no more king size bed available they were upgrading me to a 2 bed with a view. Ok cool. As I get to room the room was a smoking room and it smelled terrible like cigarettes and mold. I call Front desk to request to be changed and I’m told I’m sorry this is all we have you can call us back at 6a to see if there’s anything available. It was 1a! When I checked In I’m exhausted. They sent housekeeping to spray the room. I call In the morning still nothing. No compensation back nothing at all."
