The room was old and heard loud music playing from the outside until 4a in the morning. I payed for 2 nights and only stay there for one night and went to another hotel and paid.

The room was clean but very dated and worn. The door to the bathroom only opened halfway because the toilet was in the way. A larger person may have trouble getting into and out of the bathroom. The tub/shower was in particularly poor shape. Finally, this is an area for partiers. If you like very loud music and Harleys driving up and down the street well into the middle of the night, this is your hotel.

Very disappointed. I paid for a queen size bed and booked and paid for my room way in advance. Just to show up and get a tiny room with a twin bed. On my receipt it clearly showed I paid for a queen bed. I complained and asked for a partial refund cause obviously I didn’t get what I paid for and they wouldn’t budget. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

The room was so loud that it was literally shaking. The staff told us we could get a quieter room…for $120 more! Just steer clear of this one. You’ll sleep better

You exit the hotel casino and are right on Fremont street, lots of shops and great and reasonably priced restaurants and lots of shopping! Room is small, but clean and comfortable, has great charm! If you are a larger person this room may not be for you.. when you open the bathroom door it hits the toilet with a limited amount of room to enter.

Terribly old, needs to be torn down in my opinion. Too close to Freemont, too loud cant sleep till 2am. Bathroom from my room must still havw original tile. Not even a spot for shampoo bottle in shower.

Even though this Hotel is one of the oldest in the area, they have done a great job keeping up on it. Rooms are always clean. Staff is always friendly. We have stayed here a few times as it is one of go to choices in the area.

Staff were very helpful in helping with the noise by switching us to a more quiet room. But, rooms were very hot and the air conditioners were not very helpful at all. We had to sleep with open windows.

The room is not what is looks online. It was an hotel hotel. The room was so hot that we needed to ask for a fan, still hot! You can hear noise coming from the other room and also noise coming from the band playing at the fremont street. But the room is clean its just not what im expecting to be..

Upon arrival staff at valet were very friendly ! When checking in I was being “ helped “by Julula I believe ( JAY as she said she goes by ) that was extremely RUDE ! She kept on trying to pick up an argument with me for no reason about my reservation . Cinthia was on the other side and she stepped in to help and was extremely nice ! She explained everything that was included with my rooms like coupons and freebies .. We stayed at the 3rd floor ! They are old ( original ) not updated rooms . Rooms were clean. My biggest issue was the AC /HEATHER . You have no control whatsoever. Based on the small sign you either leave it on and get heat in the winter or cold in the summer . You can not change or adjust the temperature! My window was right on Fremont Street! So I had free shows all night long ( I have no sleeping issues ) but if you do , do not, do not stay in the 3rd floor !! I had full show access thru my window . Everything else was “ OK”
