"Hotel lobby was probably the best part of the hotel. Rooms were decent and clean, but definitely needed some maintenance. The bathroom drains weren't clearing properly and a few of the lights in the room didn't work. The AC also has issues. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful though. However, location was questionable. It's in close proximity to almost everything you need from food to clothing, but the area is surrounded with homeless, something we didn't know until we got there. They don't bother, but on the 2nd night, we ended up checking out early the next morning due to gunshots in the parking lot at 3am. We got no sleep after that and ended up checking out early and moving over to Chandler. Thankfully we paid at the hotel itself, so they were able to refund us for the night we weren't going to use. Overall, aside from the crazy second night, it was a decent hotel, but we won't be back."

"Nice hotel but very tired, really needs a refresh. A whole bunch of rooms just look straight onto a wall of a carpark, so if views are your thing then this one might not be for you. Is super close to the airport though which is a huge plus."

"Staffing all friendly and helpful. Small restaurant but served good food. Also friendly staff there too. Valet was pricey but efficient. No street parking available. Only minor issue is housekeeping cleans rooms every other day. Did not expect that, so For a family of 4, we had to request more bath towels."

"El departamento está muy limpio , excelente ubicación , cuenta con estacionamiento y muchas amenidades pero solo un detalle , cuando reviso las sábanas me encuentro con tag que les ponen a maletas al viajar de otra persona lo cual me indica que no lavaron las sábanas ."

"Need better pillows and more of them. Also, my parent’s bed was so low to the floor, it made it difficult for them to get in and out of bed. The bathroom door was an outside door, very heavy and would slam shut. Needs an upgrade overall to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only reason why I gave three stars was because we received a text asking us how we liked our first night’s stay and when we replied with our concerns, we received a text saying that we would be receiving a call from the front desk to go over our concerns and we never received a call. Otherwise, it was a decent stay but we will book elsewhere next time."
