「Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it」

「The room was very clean.The hotel was nice and clean as well. The front desk staff was nice when we got there. The front desk staff when we left talked to people like everyone was bugging her. The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it. Channels kept going in and out. We finally just gave up on the TV.」

「The problem with the room was that it had a fire alarm which was having flashing bright light which was disturbing. The curtains installed were not done right and it was letting in too much of light. You have to wake up early due to bad design of the room interiors」

「I am in awe of this property. The location is breathtaking, I love the entire place. The breakfast is something I am still thinking about, and I’m very sad that this was my first out of three days because breakfast did not match up anywhere else. I think it is so amazing that they let you be on the property until 5 PM because that allowed my family to take a moment and enjoy the beautiful scenery and have lunch at a picnic table up by Bighorn Lodge later in the day.
