「Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option...

「The hotel staff and their administration were wonderful. This is my third stay there and I will continue to stay there every time I visit the Palm Springs area. We have elderly people in our group and they have always been accommodating supporting and caring. Gema in administration is just amazing. I will continue as I said to be a loyal member just because of hotels like this. 」
