"Beautiful views, kind people, delicious complimentary breakfast, tucked away, seemingly on the side of a volcano, nice pool, comfortable room. Getting around to sites is not as easy as 123 but they do give free rides to the town below or they can arrange for any kind of tour if you like. Lots of Italians and some other Europeans, no other Americans which I preferred since it made for a very immersive experience, the same is true for much of the island. "Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size.
