".This property was very dirty, with trash everywhere. The lobby door doesn't work, the bedroom carpet is ugly and dirty, and the door is broken and doesn't lock, making it really unsafe. The pool was horrible; the water was green. Nothing looks like the pictures you see online."

"The room was clean, and when we walked in it had a wonderful scent (not the usual musty smell of hotel rooms). Everything was great, except they gave us an accessible room (which was not requested), and the tub was very inconvenient. The plug wasn’t working so the water would stay clogged in the tub. We had maintenance come and help us, and he said other people had been moved out of that room previously for the same reason. Not sure why they continue putting people there if it’s not fixed. "
