Never offered any discount or other compensation for those problems. Breakfast buffet was not worth the $15/person that they charge. ...

Courtyard Marriott Laredo
Room was very clean Ice machine on floor not working Elevator button on first floor not working at all. Guests have to wait until someone comes down or take the stairs to go up. But to be fair housekeeping lady took the stairs to send elevator down. Also a front desk employee did the same.
