「Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return.
