「Not the best place to go relax. Room wasn’t really cleaned. Everything seems to be falling apart. You hear planes every 30 mins shaking the windows. You get charged if you login to your streaming apps. Do not recommend」

「This place was interesting to say the least. While I had no problems checking in every time I went to the lobby they were frustrated people who had absolutely no way to get in their room and I had to share the number that I had three times to help them get checked in. I was basically the front desk for them that day. The Wi-Fi barely worked in my room. I could barely load a music video and the AC was unable to get changed to anything lower. 「We loved the location. We had an ocean front room and could walk across the street to the beach or 5 min down the street to restaurants. Centrally located for quick trips to the rainforest and old San Juan. We LOVED both restaurants. 」
