「The staff were amazing & we enjoyed our large breakfast & as well as a delicious carvery meal on Weds evening (I believe this runs during the summer in addition to Sundays). The room had everything we needed & was nicely decorated. The reason I've had to put 3 stars is because the room was insanely hot despite the weather cooling outside (it was raining in the morning but the room was pushing 30 degrees) so we struggled to sleep. There was a fan but it didn't do a lot & really there needs to be...

「This was a very quaint hotel right in front of the harbor. We loved this property a lot as it reflected the way of life in a small fishing village. The breakfast there was very nice.」

「It was pet friendly and well located, near the beach and restaurants. We didn't realise that we needed to book breakfast in advance but the owners were very good about it and accommodated us anyway.」

「Great location, nice room excellent breakfast」

「Rooms were basic but reasonably well kept. Ideal location for walks, sightseeing. Pastries are a nice touch in the room.」

「The lady who runs the b&b was lovely, and so friendly, she gave us all the information we needed when we checked in. The room was large and spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo & conditioner as well as shower gel & soap. We paid for our parking at a car park down the road, but the b&b do have a small parking area out the back. Breakfast had a huge amount to choose from, cooked, cereals, toast, pancakes, pastries , yogurt & fruit. Hot drinks & fresh...

「Ancient history, located in the middle of an old fishing village. The staff helpful and friendly. The area in the bar/restaurant was quite dark. The key hole to the room was too near the door frame, making it difficult to use.」

「Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!」

「Had a fantastic few nights stay the staff were so helpful the bedroom we stayed in was lovely cleaned every day great breakfast nothing was to much trouble would definitely stay again」

「Business friendly very clean」

「Tiny parking space but clean with good breakfasy」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

「A real gem of a place. Got an upgraded room which was comfortable, large and clean. Helpful staff. As xxx pi」
