「The staff were excellent」

「Started off a little shaky! No one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the wall, however the daughter of the front staff was there and contacted her Mom who arrived quickly. She sincerely apologized for the delay. We checked in and moved on with our stay. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths but no bath soap! The pool appeared clean and well maintained. 「I did not even stay. I walked in to the door and walked right back out. The place smells TERRIBLE!!! They need to do away with the inscents in the main office as well. They refused to give my money back. Said I had to do it 48 hours before check in.」
