I didn’t call the front desk to have the items fixed because we got in late. The carpet in the hall had not been vacuumed. The bed was soft and clean. 「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied.
