Just a typical weekend stay.. nothing special. Most rooms do not have refrigerators... so we brought our own... no microwave either.. we made sandwiches... not roughing it... but it was a nice trip. Restaurants are took faraway to go out to eat. Come prepared to eat in!!

The room was clean, quiet with a comfy bed. Breakfast had good choices. I loved that they decorated for Halloween. It made it feel more welcoming and homey.

This is a great place to stop for the night if you are traveling cross country. We stayed when traveling from DC to St Louis. It's not fancy, but it's clean, quiet, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. It's even fine for a longer if that's your need.

This is a money saver motel. No frills, no bugs and no extras. The refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner and toilet were near new and functioning well. The carpet and sink are original from 1989 and in poor shape, the sink was draining very slowly but for the price of a clean room without bugs it wasn't an issue for us. The water saver shower head was annoying as could be but it's a hot shower and it was definitely clean so we lived with it.
This isn't a vacation resort but if you're...
