「The Pallazo M Capri was amazing modern hotel with perfect 100% newly redecorated rooms and staff was 100% amazing. The rooms are super modern and location is perfect. The rooms are a little hard white on white and hard floors and echos but super richly modern decorated. We would stay here 100% - the food was amazing and they cater to your every need. The transportation fees are exp. Just take Taxi right outside and save money. This is not a place if you want older nostalgic Italy with warm...

After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient! Renting a scooter in hotel cost €80per day, but other shops cost us €55 per day. Will u still rent in hotel? The room is very clean, quiet and decorated, I can't sleep more better. However,...

「Our stay was perfect! Check-in was smooth, staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the property was beautiful. We definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Capri.」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」

「Be smart get a porter to bring your luggage to and from port」

「Out of 3 day stayed: 1st day no Electricity, 2nd Day no hot water. 」
