「Alex is a nice, welcoming gentleman. He had given us all information and instructions needed before checking. The breakfast and homemade cakes/ pastries were so delicious. We really enjoyed staying there. Nice walking distance from capri if you don’t have large luggage. For us even paying 18 euros to bring the luggage from capri port to hotel worth it. We’ll definitely recommend. Thanks Alex!」

「The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!! The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~ Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!」

「If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient! 「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」

「Oh this was such a lovely property with gorgeous, front row views of the ocean! Huge open air balcony to sit and eat breakfast while watching the waves and boats!
