「The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was helpful.」

「The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!! The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~ Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!」

「The Villa Excelsior is absolutely amazing.」

「Very good. Nice vibe during the night. 」

「Great house and garden we stay with 」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」

「If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient! Renting a scooter in hotel cost €80per day, but other shops cost us €55 per day. Will u still rent in hotel? The room is very clean, quiet and decorated, I can't sleep more better. However,...

「The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is also very cozy. Recommend to live here!!」

「They were all so helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there, as well as lovely cocktails overlooking the water. The room was gorgeous and the bed very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the employees, starting with Fabio, Fredrica, and Marco. They helped us plan our trip to Anacapri and arranged a private boat around the island that took us to our next destination Praiano. I only wish we had stayed longer! We would definitely like it come back...

「Great location with stunning views over the port. We can see Vesuvius from the restaurant window during breakfast.」

「No USB ports by bed and other plugs were challenging. Toilet didn't flush. Church bells go off all night long. I'm sensitive to sound, so didn't sleep all night long.」

「Ese día estaba lloviendo y llegamos empapados a la propiedad, nos atendió muy bien la chica de recepción, sin embargo nunca pudimos volver a hablar con ella para solicitar una plancha o un taxi, (recepción cerrada).」

「The host, Antonio is so kind and helpful. The house is so clean and tidy. Antonio also recommended some places and the restaurants to us. It’s so good and amazing. We enjoyed staying there so much.」
