「与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。」

「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located – not right in the middle of the busiest part of the town but just a short walk there. It is very quiet immediately around the hotel itself. The views from the rooftop Terrace are spectacular. Cannot recommend more highly.」

「Kapadokya’da konakladığım 4 oda cave mağara otel deneyimim gerçekten harikaydı. Otelin samimi ve butik yapısı sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. 「酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！
房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！」
