Great property, easily 4-5 stars! Great breakfast! Everything as you’d expect from such a place! Amazing gym! A real, nicely equipped, not some crappy gear just to have it and say “we have a gym”! Very comfortable hotel with high level service and attentive personnel. SPA and gym are great. A bit more of maintenance would be appreciated....air conditioner fan is quite noisy, and shower head mostly obstructed. Anyhow a good choice in town.

Check-in was quick with free valet parking. The lobby exudes a characteristic, modern and calm atmosphere. Staff at the hotel reception is friendly, businesslike but also genuinely interested in the guest. We booked with breakfast included. Our room was on the 13th floor. (executive floor). Spacious with clean decoration and furniture. Carpet on the floor. King size bed, bedside tables, small desk, spacious sofa, relax chair and marble side table. Plenty of storage for clothing, safe, an -empty- fridge, iron board, coffee maker (Nespresso) and -unnecessarily- tree phones. The bathroom -tile floor- was spacious with rain shower and some amenities. Just lacking toothbrushes witch, I think should be a standard item. Bathrobes and slippers are also available. No wear and tear visible. The airco was working well.

Great Hotel in a Prime Location

We loved mostly everything about this hotel/our room (1 Bedroom Suite - Suite #1301) and would definitely stay there again in the future. The reception, dining hall, and cleaning staff were very polite and professional. The hotel is in a prime location right next to the Kayseri Forum Shopping Mall. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had lots of options. I especially liked the avacado toast which can be ordered (at no charge) from the Ala carte menu. Depending on the time of day, parking can be a huge hassle. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel but if you try parking in the afternoon, it can be VERY challenging to find a space due to its location downtown and it being next to the shopping mall. The hotel has valet service available but you may have to wait quite a bit to have your car brought to you if there are others in front of you as we experienced. Hotels.com states "some free mini-bar items" but other than two bottles of water and some coffee pods/tea bags, there was no mini bar. We liked that our room had two bathrooms but the clear glass door to the main bathroom with a direct view into the shower was an odd design choice. Anyone walking by (such as a child) can easily see into the bathroom while one is showering. The private changing room was a nice feature in this room type. A softer mattress wouldve been more preferable but was not overly uncomfortable. All in all, we had a really great stay.
