「Nice staff!」

「Nous avons séjourné durant 3 nuits et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est aidant. Nous avons dû faire ajuster la température de notre chambre qui était surchauffée et finalement, ce seul désagrément a été évacué.」

「We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」

「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to...
