「Non fatevi impressionare dal primo impatto. L’ingresso e la reception sono piuttosto poveri e poco curati nell’estetica. Tuttavia, le camere sono belle e pulite. Il bagno grande e comodo. I prodotti per doccia e shampoo ottimi, e phon quasi professionale. Il letto è comodo e la camera dispone di tutti i comfort. Ottima anche la colazione (alcune pietanze preparate al momento). Personale gentile e disponibile. Insomma, non posso che dare un giudizio molto positivo. Se l’ingresso e la reception...

「The hotel is no doubt a beautiful photo spot for tourist. All the staffs are soooo nice. When I was ill, they quickly sent me to the hospital nearby and giving us warm greeting every time we see each other. Every service is provided with high quality. Highly recommend for tourist. 」

「We stayed at honeymoon suite. This place is amazing! Top notch 👌. Staff are nice and the room was unbelievably beautiful and charming. Easy access, peaceful. Perfectly private and away from the chaos, yet perfectly walkable and close to all the things. We really really enjoyed staying here. Thank you guys 🤗」

「与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。」

「I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! 」

「The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia 」

「This place was fabulous. It was clean. It was close to all amenities . Breakfast was delicious. Anything you needed , you just had to ask. Luna the dog 🐕 took our hearts . Tarik was amazing n so welcoming . 12/10 😊❤️」

「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.」
