You have no option but valet, and perhaps they need retraining since two of the individuals we dealt with were not the most friendly. Also, the check-in desk was a one-man show, and the wait times were long. It was faster to walk to a nearby convenience store and get essentials snacks than wait to be charged at the front desk. "

"Overall the hotel is good. 5 minutes walk to train station and a lot of different stores and food places to eat. Room was good, service was good. It was nice that there was a breakfast downstairs, just not enough sitting area to enjoy it. Would definitely come back if I happen to come back to Washington DC again. We didnt use the parking because $65 plus tax a day was too much where as t minutes walk its half the price which we used. Great tip (download spothero app)"
