「The hotel was ideally located between two stadiums, which was convenient for our visit. However, next time we would prefer to stay closer to the National Mall. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bedroom door was extremely difficult to open and close, frequently getting stuck. We were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the main-floor restaurant due to private events. The front desk assured us it would reopen later, but when we returned, it was closed for another...

「Loved how the staff was extremely kind and helpful from being greeted and door held open , taking our luggage to the room, giving us info on where to visit in the city and surrounding area. Housekeeping was excellent. Everything including the beds were pristine. It was a joy to stay here we will definitely return and look for other properties in other states! Thank you for making our trip a #10+」

「Highly not recommended!! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was totally out of line with its praise. First of all, the hotel front desk is very arrogant and rude. They ignore your greetings, will arrogantly you do things, the most uncomfortable is that if you want to give then room card and get card from themselves. You need to almost reach your body and hands into their front desk, in front of them, otherwise they will not care about you , arrogant to the extreme. If you want to...
