「One night stop with objective of comfortable bed at low cost since I came in late. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Basic amenities and room had microwave and refrigerator. Avoid room 1 as that was smelling like cigarettes so I got move to 8.」

「I choose this hotel because it has a spa, I needed a soak after long stressful weeks at work. I emailed and called to verify it was available, they assured me it was in service. When I arrived to check in, there was a notice on the desk saying it was not available. Needless to say I was not happy.」

Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.」
