"The property was extremely clean - particularly the rooms. The food was not great - even though there were quite a few options to choose from. There are several different restaurants but the best bet will always be the buffet. The Italian restaurant is hit or miss but it looks like if you reserve a table and get there earlier in the dinner service, the food and the service are both much better. Overall, I would return."

"The hotel is amazing and clean the staff are very helpful and polite. Beds were very comfortable. Although the breakfast was very repetitive very helpful accommodating any extra dishes that we would like. Although I can’t fault the hotel all the stuff because they were amazing one thing that I would recommend is if they would have some sort of entertainment because there were a days where it was raining and there was not much to do at the resort."

"We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond with the little details that made our stay feel truly luxurious. The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pools and beach were pristine, and the entire property had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere despite being family-friendly. Traveling with three children, we appreciated how much there was for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved the pools and activities, while we were able to relax and enjoy the amazing food, drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The attention to detail throughout the resort really sets Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana apart. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive that offers outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, excellent dining, and a perfect balance of fun and relaxation, this is the place. "Very nice and large studio with a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner electric stove. Utensils, glassware and some pots and pans provided. AC works great. Large bath. Very clean except for a dusty porcelain tile floor. Beachfront with great view, quiet and secure and conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. A little far from where most restaurants are located so that a taxi or golf car rental is needed. There are however 3 casual restaurants within walking distance. There is a small grocery store within Cap Cana that needs a taxi or golf cart ride. A larger well stocked supermarket is located outside Cap Cana on the way from the airport. There are a large pool and a small kids pool."
