「非常值得推荐，位于卢塞恩湖边，老板夫妻二人都很热情，员工服务态度好，我们要去哪里，非常有耐心的讲解，并且把来去的车次都打印出来，早餐也很好吃。非要说缺点就是离卢塞恩有20公里左右。重点推荐。」

「Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful」

「I had to call reception an hour and a half after check in to find out where my luggage was? The room was so small with no ventilation or air conditioning so we had to open the windows even though there were stickers on them advising us not to, we know now why that is the case as we are covered in bites! I could not even have a drink of tea in my room or my wife coffee as I asked for milk to be placed in room but it seems room service is not available for my standard of room. The towels were only...

「My husband, 20 year old daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations. When we opened the door to our room, the blast of cool air from the air conditioning was so welcome after having many days of sweltering hot and humid days without any AC. Then we turned the corner and our jaws dropped from the views from all windows. What a paradise!!! They had the sofa bed all made up for our daughter and the Swiss chocolates they had left out for us were a luxury. We all slept...

「Not sure why someone gave this a 2 rating? It is a solid 7. It is not a 4 star hotel, and the price paid reflects this. Room was basic but sound, shared toilet annoying but not the end of the world, private shower did the job. Access to property automated and worked very simply if following instructions on how to use it. The breakfast was excellent and as Spartan or plentiful as you chose to make it. Wolfenschiesse is not Englberg, but has everything you need in close proximity 」
