「We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. View was so beautiful to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Management was very responsive to all our questions and requests. 」

「We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. 「Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. 」

「The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. 」
