「It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem. 」

「Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. 「The apartment for 3 people was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette or washing machine because we only stayed for one night, but they would have been great for a longer stay. And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains.」

「Amazing stay!! Staff is kind, professional and accommodating! The property itself is stunning and very clean. Will only ever stay here when back in Bolzano!」

「Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas.
