We didn’t have long stay, but we enjoyed it. Staff is wonderful and willing to help make your stay pleasant. The attached restaurant had a yummy breakfast and there are several other restaurants (and bakery) within a moments walk.
Room was cozy, cold ac, and a beautiful bathroom (spacious compared to others).
Kind staff, good room condition, and no refrigerator in room. There is no parking lot at the hotel and have to looking for a public space. Be care the hotel is inside of ztl zone.

The location is excellent, the property is clean and the public transportation is outstanding (they give you a card that covers gondolas, local buses and even transportation to other towns!). But the staff are almost upset that you are there, there are no amenities, no one helps with bags, etc. also, if you sleep past 6am this option may not be the best as there are very loud bells from across the street from the monastery, from 6am onwards, every 15 minutes.
I was able to eat a wonderful selection of sugarless, vegan foods, including sugarless soy milk, whole grain breads, muesli etc and of course, coffee; for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. It's really tough to find enough sugarless vegan foods to eat while traveling. So I really appreciate it. Of course, they have abundant foods for the sugarholics and meat heads too

One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions. He walked us to our room, separate building from the main, and explained how to get back in. We arrived hungry and he recommended a pizza place not too far, walkable. The only negatives are 1. The room window faces the side of the building, not a biggie. 2. The morning receptionists (2 ladies) were not friendly. When asked some questions they seemed like they were bothered. Diid not smile and did not even say thank you. When we asked to leave our luggage (2 carryons and 2 small backpacks.. she made a comment that that was plenty.” What does that supposed to mean? They work at a hospitality industry- they need training in being hospitable. But the facility was great, clean and near transportation around the city.
The hotel is located a 20 minute walk from the Bolzano city center, but this part of town has a few nice cafes / bars and restaurants. The rooms and the hotel restaurant are very nicely done in a modern style.
Clean and very comfortable room. A bit outside the city center, but the Bolzano card included in your booking gives you access to the robust bus system in the city. We also used it to visit the archaeology museum!
This was a great stay for our family of four adults. The breakfast was good. I recommend getting there early as there is more to choose from the earlier you go. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was a 15 minute walk from the center of town, but there is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel.

This property is on the outskirts of the main tourist area but is very close to the bus stop, which you can use freely with the city card provided by the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. The single room is extremely small.
This property offers a free Bolzano card with stay, which offers free regional transit & museums, including the fantastic gondola ride up to Superbolzano. It also provides comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast for 10 euros per person. It also provides free city bikes upon request, useful as the hotel is far from the center of Bolzano. It is about 10 euros by tax from the train station to the hotel. But the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood itself. We enjoyed our stay.
Clean amd comfortable. Be sure to get the Bzano card for free from the front desk for free transportation and entry to sites. We got it after we already walked to town and back before checkin so we didnt use it.

Okay experience, good location
Okay experience. Not great, not bad. One thing I would encourage the hotel to take a look at is their employees and how they treat them when they come to check in. We were met by two men who honestly just wanted to go home rather than welcome any guests. Cleaning was great however and the location was good. Only 15 min walk to the city centre.
Property located next to a church and in the morning you are being woken up by the bells every hour (loud bells and it last forever) also staff tried to get into our room 3 times while we were sleeping. I just don’t understand that. Beds are also horrible.
Not worth the $350 per night that we paid.
