「The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues...

「This hotel is beautiful! Such a gem! It was so incredibly clean and our rooms were spacious. The rooms were air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. There was also a quaint little courtyard behind the hotel. Donna at the front desk was lovely. She was pleasant and very helpful! 「Everything is good, but there was a few mosquito in the room and lead in imperfection overall. Surprise for the continual breakfast, the meal is simple but yum, plus the nice environment, perfection! 」
