Nice room for the price for my first trip to Mexico. Mattress was hard but you get what you pay for. Overall it was a good deal and close to a lot of restaurants, shops etc

You get what you pay for

Definitely got what we paid for. Love the non-existant golf course. Very enjoyable. The dirty shower was very vintage. Fun. The bathroom stank. This hotel is very "unique" from the other's, for sure. Interesting experience, if you like showering in a dirty shower, using bathrooms that stink, not being able to use the TV, terrible wi-fi, then this is the place for you!

The location is perfect - close to the ADO bus terminal, also not far from public beaches and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. There was no hot water in the shower. The receptionist had to turn on the pump and then you have to wait about 15 minutes. I had to move to another room because hot water never came out. The bathroom and the room in general need renovation. There were small insects everywhere.

Motel, Not Hotel

The clerk who checked me in was very nice and courteous. But calling this "hotel" is deceiving. It is a MOTEL. The condition was terrible. I bought a can of sanitizer at the Oxxo nearby to spray everything, including the sheets. Whatever I paid for our one night here was too much! The biggest and only true benefit of staying here was that it was 2 blocks from the main ADO station. There were also fast food places and stores nearby. There is no signage and no one reminds you that Cancun is on Eastern time so you can adjust your devices and set the correct alarms. There is no wake-up call service. I knew this in advance, but a reminder would have helped us not miss our bus. We had to buy new tickets. So staying at this hotel actually cost me more than staying at a "regular" hotel that offered some basic guest services,

Worst stay!!!

This was a really shocking experience. The room was dirty, the towels were blotchy. As we open the toweld, there fall insects out. On the pillow were insects too. The neighbour heard music all night long in an absolut not appropriate volume.

Robo de prendas personales en terraza

Todo excelente, servicio, habitación, instalaciones, alimentos,playa, camastros, restaurante, bar, albercas Solamente un inconveniente importante Por la noche deje unas bermudas y unas gruesas finas nuevas compradas en Madrid, recién lavadas en la ducha por qué se llenan dé arena al caminar por la playa y por la mañana habían desaparecido Pregunté y reclamé en la administración no sabían nada,iban a preguntar A día siguiente volví a preguntar y nada Me pusieron de pretexto que a veces hay animalitos que salen de la selva en Holbox y se las pueden llevar. Me puse a observar las demás habitaciones por las mañanas y noches y había ropa de los huéspedes que dejaban sobre las sillas y bardas (seguían ahí) Lo comenté nuevamente en la administración y me dicen que los mapaches hacen travesuras y se llevan cosas Le dije, solo se llevan las cosas finas y nuevas , que selectos son Y si eso ocurre en realidad, porque no me advirtieron de no dejar ropa por la noche fuera de mi cuarto Y mi habitación no estaba en una orilla del hotel, ni frente a la playa Estaba muy bien ubicada al centro a un lado del restaurante, del bar y de la alberca principal Que raro y nunca apareció Se las llevo alguna persona y tienen cámaras por todos lados y vigilantes

Ojo, las fotos no corresponden a lo real. Positivo: la cercanìa al ADO, que la tv/cable y wifi funcionan muy bien, que hay agua caliente y el señor que se queda en la madrugada buena onda, nos abrìa siempre que llegàbamos tarde. De ahì en fuera la verdad està muy viejo y deteriorado. Uno entiende que hay precios accesibles pero no por eso vas a ofrecer al cliente un muladar y un servicio de porquerìa. Se ve que al dueño de este lugar lo que menos le preocupa son los clientes pues la habitaciòn en general es un asco. Muy sucio. Entrando a la habitaciòn encontramos una cucaracha muerta. Pensè en pedir cambio de inmediato pero mi esposo me dijo que al entrar oliò mucho a insecticida, asì que lo que hubiera ya se habìa muerto y asì fue. Ni pensar en dormir abajo de las cobijas pues las sàbanas rotas, viejas y se ven asquerosas. Lo mismo con el lavabo y la bañera ni se diga, se sentìa pegajosa de lo sucia que estaba (me arrepentì de no llevar chanclas). Paredes sucias, almohadas puerquìsimas, la cortina de la bañera con muchìsimos puntos negros por la humedad, la làmpara del baño rota, poca luz pues solo hay una ventanita chiquita... El joven que nos atendiò pues X, exigentito para el mugrero que es. La chica del aseo se pone a cantar las del Buki a las 10am (de por sì lo alucinamos y que nos despiertan con sus canciones) asì que si te desvelas obvio te despierta; y yo no se què limpia o què cambia porque la verdad todo està horrible. En la vida me vuelvo a quedar aquì.

La ubicacion esta muy bien ya que se encuentra a una cuadra de transportes ADO y de parada ruta 1 y 38. Sin embargo mi habitación no tenia agua caliente salia fria, las toallas en muy mal estado, estaban algunas rotas y opacas, el primer dia no proporcionaron jabon y shampoo, no contaba con minifrigobar y tampoco cafetera, que es lo básico en una habitacion. Por lo menos deberían de colocar dos botellas de agua de bienvenida.
