「The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. 「Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.」

「I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Landmark 81, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything in Ho Chi Minh City. The security is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay at all times. The apartment itself is modern and equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the best features is the high-floor view, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I...
