「Staff was top notch, very attentive. Made sure we were having a wonderful experience. Alex was amazing, always checking in, helping us with recommendations for food and booking activities. Anna was so helpful as well. Can’t remember the gal from the kitchen, but very helpful prepping our complementary bottle of bubbly. Room was lovely, spacious. Great location, easy to walk all around Palma. Room Was quiet and wonderful View from Rooftop deck and restaurant. Would definitely stay there...

「By far the most gorgeous hotel you'll ever stay in. There was a plumbing issue on our side of the hotel, so they moved us to an upgraded room on the other side of the property and it was somehow even more beautiful than the last room. There isn't valet, so if you have a car you will need to park it in a lot and walk to the hotel, but it was pretty easy. Would 100% recommend!」

「Amazing hotel. Facilities were perfect. Breakfast were great. Perfect location. All staff were amazing. In particular Carla on reception went above and beyond. She drew maps and directions to various places of interest and restaurants. Always had a smile and showed interest in how our stay was going. We would definitely stay here next time we come.」
