"We were so blessed to have scored this accommodation just a couple days before our trip. We stayed 3 nights, 1 bed room & the sofa pull out for us and my son. The place was very clean! Everything we needed was provided, lots of towels, floors clean and everything working well. We loved the location and the property felt safe. Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. "The property outside could have been better but there was wood pallet stacked up outside everywhere and dirt piles like they were working on the outside landscaping. "Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "
