「The pool staff allowed several small children in paddle jumpers go down the water slides but when my daughter went up in hers they told her she couldn't. And it's not bc there were different employees bc right after the same girl let 3 more in paddle jumpers go. The deepest pool they had was 4 ft and was closed until the day we left the other days they had children running and cannon balling dang near on other children. It was chaos. The bathroom pocket door was off the hinge so it didn't easily...

「The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...
