「Best view, very clean property. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Love the peace and nature of it. However, we encounter road roads on the way to hotel, and need to transfer to scooters instead. Road works starts from 0730hrs to 2100hrs, so plan your trip to the city area well if you’re carrying your luggage or bulky items. I’ll give this hotel a perfect score. 「I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly. One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". 「We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service.」

「Chapa Farmstay is a unique experience. It's about 20 minutes from Sapa town proper which is great. Very quiet and pristine. The little cabins are comfortable, with incredible views and the bathrooms are modern. But the best part of our stay was the host family. We had such a great time chatting with the grandparents during meals, sitting around the fire on cold early mornings and playing with the children. 「We booked this hotel to have a nap in before our train departed but it turned out to be quite nice for the price. It is the cheapest hotel I've ever booked but certainly not the worst. We would have happily stayed a night if not for time constraints. The room did smell a little bit like cigarettes and the bed was Vietnamese (so hard by western standard), but again for the price we were happy with it.」
