As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

Everything! Location, comfortable bed, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast with lots of options!

Room was clean and the staff are very friendly. Special shoutout to Cyndee for bieng very accomodating to our request. Will definitely recommend this hotel and location too is super if you like exploring the old quarter.

The hotel room had no windows, and I had to pay extra for it because my wife has claustrophobia. I paid an extra AU28.50 each day to move to a room with windows.

The rooms were clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. But it is the staff that really stands out. They were truly amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and just constantly tried to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of dishes to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
