「This is not your run-of-the-mill motel. The place is immaculate and the decor feels luxurious. Things we notice toilet cover corner broken
Smeared red paint or blood on the wall by the AC/Heater. Rust stain by water drain in tub.
I dropped my earring underneath the bed and the front desk gentleman got out for me. That was excellent service!」

「I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel.
