「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the floors are very squeaky. I would request the top floor next time. 」

「Had a great stay at what appeared to be a recently updated hotel. Everything looked and felt new. Room was very clean and the hot breakfast was the biggest surprise. The breakfast attendant made sure everything was perfect and clean. Prices were reasonable and located next to a wonderful steak house. I would be happy to stay there again when in the area.」

「Clean, easy to get too, next to a Walmart if need anything. Pool was closed but didn't impact my family. Continental breakfast was as expected but it was nice for it to go later, seems like most end at 8 or 9 and this breakfast went to 10 on a Saturday.」

「This older motel is badly in need of a complete renovation. The facilities were barely adequate with the shower, toilet and bathroom door needing service and repair. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast was very good. My favorite part was the warm baked goods with which we were treated daily! 」

「This actually shows a 8.2 which is more like a 2.8 it says continual breakfast and there is none!! It is a pass through room and both doors had gaps around them you could actually see outside. Stains above both beds no cover on exhaust fan in bathroom and did not work had a Walmart bag stuffed in the vent, smoke detector had not battery and door was broke on it. Had a nice frig but no way to plug it into a three pin outlet unless you took it to the bathroom. Heating/A/C unit was green with mold....

「Very disappointed in property. bed very uncomfortable, no pool or hot tub, no continental breakfast. amenities were advertised but not offered. many rooms had no hot water. the room discount of $20 off wasn't enough. lots of family stayed there, 5 rooms total for a wedding. not having a pool was a huge issue, especially with other issues as well .」

「Traveling nurse. Safe secure CLEAN close to the hospital in Kirksville! Staff is friendly rooms are spacious. Nice Mexican restaurant right next door along with a gas station. The hotel IS a museum so there is all sorts of cool stuff to look at if you like trains and history. I stay here every chance I get. Great price and worth every cent ! 25 thumbs up!」
