「I stay here whenever in Kirksville. It’s a good hotel and I especially like the Costa Coffee in the lobby. I think, however, the breakfast needs some help. Both times we went for breakfast - first time late, around 9:10am and the second time early, around 7:45am - the eggs had burnt bits and the oatmeal was like paste. Also, the toaster was anemic. I tried to toast an English muffin and three times pushing it down produced no color and little warmth. The butter didn’t even melt.」

「The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. 「Kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. Continental breakfast is not much but some drinks and sandwiches. 」

「The room was humid even though the AC ran 24/7--and it was so loud we had to turn the tv up too much just to hear it. Hard to sleep, too. Couldn't reset alarm clock which was 5 hours off anyway. Not a stitch of food/drinks vending machines available other than breakfast buffet (not impressive) which ran out early and not refilled in a timely manner. We had to leave for the day so missed breakfast even though it was to be going for another hour yet. No vending machines or snacks available for...
