"The room looked nothing like the picture. The were big roaches on the floor, flies in the room and the just so unclean. It looked old and run down. I am not sure what room they are showimg on the website but the room looked just the opposite. I looked like i had not been cleaned. The tub, sink, sitting chair, etc was dirty. "

"There was no staff present. Other guests said the one guy had left four hours earlier. Had to stay 90 minutes away from my event."
