「I called ahead to notify the front desk that we would be a late check in due to traveling. So thankful that wasn't an issue and check in was quick and painless. The room was easy to find and was nice and cool when we got in. We also appreciated how clean it smelled. You can tell it's an older motel, but the overall cleanliness of it made up for that. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Overall a great experience! 」

「The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully...

「Very good location that with a lot restaurants and shopping spot around. Staff are nice. They found my watch and gave me back. Definitely go back and stay there.」

「When we got there, the room they gave us, the air conditioning didn't work. It also wasn't very clean. They moved us to another one that the air worked. As it turned out, we were the only guests in the entire motel. The guy on the desk said he was filling in for his uncle who was on vacation. Also the smoke detector was missing. The attendant was very accommodating. He tried his best.」
