No hot tub!!! it is a lie. I asked for the hot tub that I paid for and they told me no they changed me to three different rooms because the first two had blood all over the mattresses. Third one I was afraid to pull back the covers on the mattress because it was a lot cleaner, and I did not want to go through arguing with a man that would not cancel my reservation and said if I left, they would continue and still charge me the $250 so I decided to suck it up and stay Lil. Did I know just to wake up in the middle of the night to be eaten by bedbugs on my leg roaches on the counter crickets and my dog food. I didn’t know I was gonna have to feed my dog to crickets and 10 roaches I reached out to Expedia and they offered me $25 back out of the 312 total that my bill came out to because of the pet fee added onto my bill and they took $50 deposit within one minute of running my card and told me I would get my deposit back in about a week the front office is filthy dusty the rooms are dirty tubs have not been scrubbed toilets not scrubbed. Waste baskets were not emptied in the restroom when we got there. I only decided to take the room because of the pretty pictures they posted and the ad ad advertising a personal hot tub in every room to relax in. Expedia would not even respond to that other than offering me a $25 credit I will never ever use Expedia again until they credit my account for that whole stay. It was the worst ever I hope this helps.
