「The hotel’s lovely and in a stunning location. The front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English (and many speak multiple languages) which is very helpful & welcoming. My only qualm is that only some rooms have elevators; others are accessed exclusively by stairs. Aside from that inconvenience (my fault, not theirs), it was a lovely stay in a beautiful town. 」

「We had an amazing stay. Our Junior Suite (301) was huge, clean, and really comfortable, with a big bathroom and balcony. Breakfast had so much choice. the bread rolls were delicious and fresh, though most of the fruit didn’t look fresh or was in syrup. That was the only downside. Portimão itself isn’t very lively (except for the touristy strip), but it’s easy to get to other coastal towns like Ferragudo, Vilamoura, or Lagos. The staff were super friendly. 「Gostei do hotel, tudo limpo, os empregados simpáticos, o pequeno almoço com muita variedade, só houve um pequeno senão, a televisão não funcionou, liguei para a recepção e disseram que devia ser do tempo, por isso não podiam fazer nada. Mas no geral tudo muito bom.」
