「Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, very helpful and friendly reception staff as are all staff in this hotel tried the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and really enjoyed the food. Although someway outside of Palma there is an express bus service stop by the hotel, taxi cost us between 25 to 30 Euros.」

「Cockroaches in bathroom- should have given me another room instead of spray. Thankfully the man at reception at 4am let me into another to shower coz i couldn't shower in my room with all the dead Cockroaches in the shower. 」
