The apt was clean, spacious (2br/2bath, kitchen, couch/ tv area and balcony with table with 4 chairs that looked out on the beach.) with easy access to bus 25 into Palma (2 euro). The A/C worked well as did the wi-fi. There is a small combo washer/ dryer as well as a 2 burner stove and a combo microwave/ oven. There were tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a rooftop pool. Bldg is 4 floors with elevator and code access to get into building. You can use the pool and other amenities at Salt Garonda that is in close proximity to Salt Residences. We stayed 1 week and housekeeping came once during that time which we weren't expecting at all and was a nice surprise. There were coffee pods, cream, and a few other ' get you started' items which were much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Alles Bestens. Zimmer genug gross

Excellent property on the water, close to everything. Only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi. It was very weak. The only spot where we could get on our devices consistently was the balcony.

Great location, but a few issues

Location was superb! Condo had everything we needed. However couple issues we found. AC was not adequate and could not keep the unit cool. Also the security entrance door was not locking so anyone could get in.

Paid for 5 guests….sofabed unmade when we arrived…unsure why they were funny about a 4th towel and a missing breakfast set (1 coffee pod each and a mini french toast). Unsure if this was an issue between hotel management and Expedia, but they took it out on us!
