「The staff in this hotel are excellent. My wife had a birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne on her birthday! I don'e even think we mentioned it, but it was a great surprise that set the tone for the holiday. The staff are very chilled and are always keen to help you - I've travelled a lot, and they are second to none. The pools are clean, the areas around the pool also - nice crowd and good vibes. 「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」
